Sports StatisticsTRINITY CRUSADER SPORTS

Trinity Sports is a quality growing sports program designed to teach and perfect necessary athletic skills that will remain beneficial to students throughout their adult lives. Many graduating students are earning full or partial scholarships for college yearly. Last year, for example, graduating seniors received over $100,000.00 in scholarship money. Several of our young men and women have gone on to the next level after receiving full football and basketball scholarships. We have kids at D1, D2, D3, and Juco levels. Few, if any private schools, are competing for collegiate scholarships at this level (1A).

Football - Trinity Christian School is one of only two private schools in Fayetteville to offer both junior varsity and varsity football programs. Varsity football is for students in 10th-12th grades. Our teams have been very successful each year; we finished the 2007 season 13-0 and won the state championship. We have had more players selected to the Oasis Shrine Bowl than any other 8-man school in the league. The school is affiliated with the NCISAA as a part of The Colonial Carolina Conference (CCC), which is an 8-man football league. We have several former players at the next level.

Basketball - Basketball is offered for both boys and girls. Boys teams are split into three groups (teams) Middle School, Junior Varsity, and Varsity. Middle School is made up of primarily 7th and 8th grade. Junior Varsity is 9th and 10th grade. Varsity is composed mostly of 11th and 12th grade. A kid can "play-up" if approved by the parent and Athletic Director. Varsity girls are students enrolled in 7th-12th grades. We hope to offer Junior Varsity girls in the future. Our basketball teams have also been very successful. Our Varsity boys 2006/2007 finished 29-3 and were state runner-up. They have won multiple conference titles and have advanced to the 1A "Final Four" in five of the last six years. Our Lady Crusaders just finished 30-4 and won the state championship. They have been in back-to-back "Final Fours." We compete in the Southeastern Independent Conference (SEIC).

Soccer - Ladies soccer is on the rise. Girls in 7th-12th grades may participate. We entered into conference play for soccer with admittance into the SEIC for 2002-2003.

Cheerleading - Trinity has junior varsity and varsity cheerleading that generally offered to grades six through twelve. Cheerleaders perform at all home and most away games during football and basketball seasons. Cheerleading provides another option for students who are not performing in any sports' activities.

Baseball - Baseball is offered to 7th-12th grade male students. 2004-2005 was our inaugural season. We are building our baseball program each year. We are a member of the SEIC Conference.

Rhythm Masters - Trinity offers a dance team for boys and girls, grades 2-6, that perform during halftime at home varsity football games.

Volleyball - Trinity now offers volleyball. Girls in 7th - 12th grades may participate.
