Before/Afterschool Transportation (NO LONGER AVAILABLE)

Trinity Christian School will no longer be providing Before/Afterschool Transportation to any students that currently attend a Public School for the 2022-2023 School Year and going forward.

Alert- Opportunity Scholarship Grants 2024-2025

The Opportunity Scholarship Program expanded school choice in North Carolina through scholarship grants for eligible children in Kindergarten through 12th grade. This program provides funding of up to $7,468 per year for eligible children who choose to attend a participating nonpublic school.

The application for next year (2024-25) has CLOSED.

Eligible applications submitted between February 1 – March 1 will we awarded based on household income, starting with Award Tier 1. Scholarships will be offered to families in Award Tiers 2-4 as fund remain available. Depending on the availability of funds the application will still be open after March 1, 2024. All eligible applicants who apply before March 1, 2024, will be entered into a lottery. 2024-2025 recipients will be randomly selected from that pool of applications processed by the Opportunity Scholarship.

For full details and how to apply online please visit North Carolina Opportunity Scholarship website at https://myportal.ncseaa.edu click on Create and Account and follow the steps. Once the account is created you will be asked to log back into your portal and from their you click on Applications and Renewals for K-12th Grade. Make sure you apply for each child within the same application (no need to create multiple accounts).

NC Pre-K Enrollment: Application Information 2024-2025

2024-2025 Application Information Available

We are now enrolling children for our NC Pre-K program for the 2024-2025 school year.

2024-2025 NC Pre-K Enrollment:
Click on the link https://ccpfc.org/families/nc-pre-k/ which will take you to the NC Pre-K Application to be filled out digitally online and submitted directly to the Partnership for Children along with any supporting documents that you have to submit. Just make sure that when you get to page #4 it will ask (What is your site preference) just make sure you put a #1 next to Trinity Child Care under the zip code 28311.

If you have any trouble filling out the application out digitally, you can call Trinity Christian School at   910-488-6779 and schedule an appointment to come into the office and complete the application.

Keep in mind to be enrolled, a child must be four-years-old on or before August 31st of the current program year.
